Prehabilitation is a proactive approach to exercise, with focus given to body mechanics and basic human maintainence for the prevention of injury and pain. Together with diet, stress reduction and lifestyle changes, prehabilitation allows individuals to maximise fitness, function, health and wellbeing, regardless of age or physical condition!

Cost-Saving Packages are available in blocks of 11 sessions for ranging from £400-450 depending on whether you train with katie or kelly (equating to 11 for the price of 10) or you can just pay-as-you-go.
Pay as you train at £40-45* per session and have them as you need them:
For the advanced exerciser: every 3-6 weeks to progress training programs and reassess goals
For the beginner: whether you want a boot camp, kickstart approach, a weekly check in or alternatively space it out and have time to get to grips with your training habit and new training methods – come back for your progression when you’re ready
For the busy lifestyle: book in your progression as and when your lifestyle / work demands allow
