Pay as you go


Pay as you train at £40 per session and have them as you need them:

For the advanced exerciser: every 3-6 weeks to progress training programs and reassess goals

For the beginner: have time to get to grips with training habit and new training methods – come back for your progression when you’re ready

For the busy lifestyle: book in your progression as and when your lifestyle / work demands allow
