Jude: Yoga Specialist and Personal Trainer

Meet The TeamJude discovered yoga after a failed attempt at snowboarding led to a bad back and a need to develop some serious core strength.  Having practiced now for 20 years, Jude is hooked on the release and balance that yoga practice brings to the physical body, but on another level, the calm it can help to bring to the mind - this is especially important in managing a busy day-to-day with two young boys.  Aside from entertaining these two small people, in Jude's spare time she is a keen cyclist and an enthusiastic (although not especially talented) tennis player.  Jude has also recently qualified as a Personal Trainer, partly due to her own experience of the benefits that a good PT can bring to your own training (BP's very own Katie Cook) and really enjoy training women who are looking to improve their fitness after a break to bring up their children

Jude's classes blend traditional Hatha yoga, designed to create alignment in the body and develop strength and flexibility, with Vinyasa, a more dynamic practice which is excellent for improving muscle tone, and usually has you leaving a class feeling full of beans!  The small class size means of course that, unlike larger groups, the practice can be tailored to the needs of the group, so if you need a nice restorative flow at the end of a long hard week, that can be accommodated.  The class size also facilitates greater attention on any injuries or restrictions that might require modifications, which we have plenty of props for!  Whether you are an experienced yogi, or curious about the practice, come and give us a try.

Services Offered

  • Group Yoga
  • One to One Yoga
  • Personal Training

Jude charges:

Group Yoga £12 per session
One to One Yoga £40
Personal training: £40
