Jude's classes blend traditional Hatha yoga, designed to create alignment in the body and develop strength and flexibility, with Vinyasa, a more dynamic practice which is excellent for improving muscle tone, and has you leaving a class feeling full of beans! The small class size means of course that, unlike larger groups, the practice can be tailored to the needs of the group, so if you need a nice restorative flow at the end of a long hard week, that can be accommodated. The class size also facilitates greater attention on any injuries or restrictions that might require modifications, which we have plenty of props for! Whether you are an experienced yogi, or curious about the practice, come and give us a try- we offer both small group yoga and one to one sessoins.
