Hi all! Nina here!

Before lockdown, I went live in our BP Academy over on Facebook to talk all things pillows and the response has been amazing!

In clinic, we spend a lot of our time treating pain and tightness around the upper back, shoulders and neck. When chatting to clients about what’s causing their symptoms, we come across similar things with each person- desk work, driving, watching TV/ staring at screens and, sleeping.

We spend so much time in bed and it’s important that we consider the position of our body when we are sleeping. If we use a pillow that doesn’t support optimum biomechanics, we are on a slippery slope into pain.

After much trial and error, I have found the perfect pillow to support the neck. This orthopaedic pillow has a ‘bump’ on each side, one slightly bigger than the other. I recommend that my clients use the bigger bump to support their neck whilst they’re sleeping. This pillow is completely different to the usual single feather pillow that my clients use and because of this, people feel so much better for the increased support.

The best thing about this pillow (aside from the bio-mechanical support) is the cost. Compared to lots of other premium pillows on the market, this one is really cost effective! It’s important to note that as an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through our links :)
