Kelly is like the Sherlock Holmes of the physical therapy world!
It must be 7 or 8 years that I’ve been seeing Kelly at the Body Project. When I first went to the clinic I was in a lot of pain; recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and recovering from a frozen shoulder, I was looking for anything that could help and thankfully I found the Body Project.
Kelly is like the Sherlock Holmes of the physical therapy world, she is a detective, she works out what is causing the problem and provides the treatment that works towards a solution. Kelly is quite unique in the way that she operates, dealing with the underlying cause rather than treating the symptom of the problem. Through Kelly’s support I am stronger, my pain is greatly reduced, I am able to function well, before Kelly, I felt trapped in a world of diminishing returns.
But Kelly is more than this, she cares about you getting better and she cares about everyone improving. There isn’t a hierarchy of clients, all clients are equally important to Kelly, no matter what your starting point, your age, your fitness level, everyone is important to Kelly.
I recommend her to everyone, some people take a while to get to the Body Project, they want to try other things first, when they do eventually get there, having tried other alternatives on the way, they tell me that they wished they’d gone earlier. She was able to sort out my husband’s problem in one session, he describes the treatment as miraculous. We all need our support teams and the Body Project is an amazing team to have on your side. I feel incredibly lucky to have Kelly in my team.

So grateful for going to see Kelly when I did!
Going to see Kelly back in 2017 was the best thing that I ever did. I suffered from chronic back pain before this, which was mostly down to poor posture and sitting at a desk all day and doing very little in the way of stretching when I worked out. I went to see Kelly who gave me a clear plan and what treatment/workouts that I needed to do and within weeks I was feeling stronger and pain free. Since then I've been to see BP on a regular basis for an MOT (Jude and Mel are both great) and also see Kelly every few months for a new training plan.
Not only does my back feel much better, I understand why it is my back hurts and what exercises or stretchs I need to do whenever I feel any niggles inbetween treatments.
So grateful for going to see Kelly when I did.

I struggled for years with my back and knee problem!
I struggled for years with my back and knee problem. In the past I would have to visit osteopath once a month as my back would hurt.
A random guy in the gym said to me: 'go to The Body Project' they will sort you out. And that is how my journey began. My first appointment was with Nina who after a short assessment referred me to Kelly saying I needed exercises not a treatment (didn’t charge a penny despite I kind of wasted one of her slots- who does that nowadays?!?)
Thanks to Kelly's exercises it's been about 3.5 years i haven't been to an osteo. I’m pain free despite working long hours behind my desk.
This stuff really works!
Everyone in TBP has great personality and is very kind and helpful
And last but not least the facilities are great.

She has a knack of picking up problems that others have not!
At each appointment I have found Kelly very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with her assessment and diagnostic processes. She has a knack of picking up problems that others have not and I would thoroughly recommend the Body Project.

Kelly is a truly outstanding therapist and an excellent business owner!
Kelly is a truly outstanding therapist and an excellent business owner.
She has transformed my physical wellbeing over the last 20 years, such that, at 62, I’m still able to regularly run 10k and play tennis several times per week. My husband had had knee trouble from a skiing injury in his twenties and Kelly worked with him to build up the muscles and ligaments around his knee, and thus far he has avoided the surgery that appeared inevitable 20 years ago. He still manages to run regularly on his no longer ‘dodgy’ knee.
I was also particularly thankful that she was able to banish the neck pain that had plagued my elderly mother. To this day my mum says’ ohh if I’ve forgotten to do my Kelly exercises I get out of bed and do them every night. I’ve recommended her services to so many friends, work colleagues and achey tennis club members who are now also signed up for her services.
As a business owner Kelly is absolutely focussed on the needs of her clients. At the Body Project there are a variety of therapists and styles and all excellent in their own way. Convenient opening hours with availability early and late and at weekends, makes it easy to find appointments. Her triage model makes it cost effective for clients, so you might book with Kelly for an assessment of what’s troubling you, to benefit from her diagnostic skills and experience, but she is happy to refer you on to her colleagues for the services you may need to keep you functionally fit and in shape. I’ve had excellent service every visit.
As a client, you absolutely believe in The Body Project, you feel reassured by their skills and motivated to play your part in keeping yourself fit and well at any age.
