In this one-hour session, you’ll go through a detailed discussion of your history, a specialist assessment, and leave with a clear, personalised plan forward. This may include continued work with Kelly, a tailored rehabilitation or training programme, or referral to one of our specialist team for hands-on treatment. Where needed, we can also arrange private imaging quickly. Follow-up services will be recommended based on your needs.

Musculoskeletal Assessment - Full Body

£95 per appointment

This movement assessment identifies muscle imbalances and the underlying causes of issues such as back, hip, shoulder, neck, knee or ankle pain. In a one-hour session, your practitioner will guide you through targeted exercises to understand how your body moves and why symptoms are occurring.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your condition and a personalised plan, typically including a bespoke app-based rehab programme. Where appropriate, this may also include recommendations for treatment, personal training, or referral for imaging. The session covers assessment and feedback, any follow-up services will be recommended based on your needs.

Musculoskeletal Assessment - Lower Body

£95 per appointment

This targeted movement assessment focuses on a specific injury or area of concern, such as back, hip, knee or ankle pain. Through guided exercises, your practitioner will analyse how you move to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s driving the issue and a personalised plan to address it — typically a bespoke, app-based rehab programme. Where needed, this may include recommendations for treatment, training, or further investigation.

The session covers assessment and feedback, with follow-up services recommended based on your needs.

Sports Massage Therapy

From £50 per session

Each one-hour sports massage session is fully tailored to you, based on your clinician’s assessment. We begin with a detailed discussion of your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals to understand both the issue and, where possible, the root cause.

Your treatment may range from a general ‘MOT’ or targeted injury care to rehabilitation, maintenance, or pre/post-event support. Sessions can include a combination of manual therapy, medical acupuncture (dry needling), cupping, METs, and guided exercises.

Designed to relieve pain, improve movement, and support long-term performance, treatment is adapted to your needs. Pricing varies by practitioner.

Medical Acupuncture

From £55 per session

Medical acupuncture (dry needling) is a modern, evidence-based technique used to treat musculoskeletal pain. Fine needles are inserted into targeted areas to stimulate the nervous system, helping reduce pain and release tight or overactive muscles.

Unlike traditional acupuncture, this approach focuses purely on physical structures rather than energy flow. It can help reset muscle signalling and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Medical acupuncture is not painful and clients often say that they don't feel the needles breaking the skin at all. Once the needles are placed into the relevant parts of the muscle, a dull ache or 'twitchy' feeling can sometimes be felt. Some post-treatment soreness is normal. Pricing varies by practitioner.

Myofascial Cupping

From £55 per session

Myofascial cupping targets the fascia - the spider web-like soft tissue component of the connective tissue that covers the entire body. When this tissue becomes tight or restricted through injury, posture, or repetative strain, it can limit movement and cause discomfort.

Using suction cups, this technique gently lifts the skin inside the cup to separate the fascia, helping reduce restriction, improve mobility, and support recovery. It can also promote circulation and reduce inflammation.

Treatment is not painful, though temporary marks or bruising may occur as blood flow is increased to the area. Pricing varies by practitioner.
