Our dedicated gym space is a bright, welcoming area designed for movement, recovery and getting you back to doing what you love. We use the space for a wide range of sessions, from injury rehabilitation and movement assessments to mobility and personal training. Our private personal training and yoga sessions give you the support and structure to keep progressing in a way that works for you.

With plenty of natural light, high-quality equipment, and an outdoor training area when the weather allows, the space gives us the flexibility to tailor each session around you.
